Bonnie E. O'Brien, LCSW, PLLC is a private practice dedicated to providing professional counseling and consultation services to adolescents, adults, and families. We offer in-person services in East Aurora, NY, and tele-health services throughout the State of New York.
We are passionate and committed to creating a warm and supportive environment which empowers individuals and families to experience healing, transformation, and growth so that they may flourish in the ways they desire.

Individual Counseling
Individual therapy at Bonnie E. O'Brien, LCSW, PLLC focuses on supporting individuals to come to know their inner system and connect with their inner wisdom to guide them through anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
We provide a private, safe place to be with personal issues and examine and release unresolved emotional pain and limiting beliefs, as well as feelings of insecurity, guilt, shame, and depression.
Our work enables individuals to enhance their relationship with themselves and their relationship with others, be empowered to set healthy boundaries, choose their direction, and find meaning and purpose within their life.
Family Counseling
Our main emphasis is on repair of hurts and misunderstandings in the family to aid individuals in feeling safe and secure with one another, as well as fulfilled within themselves.
Essential members of the family story may be included at different times in the therapy with a continued focus on knowing and respecting each person’s individual experiences and beliefs. We additionally seek to incorporate learned family patterns sometimes passed on through the generations.
We support parents in listening to and respecting their children's experience, and all family members in how to speak in a way that they can be heard, understood and appreciated.

Non-emergency cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $150 fee.
