Part-Time LMSW Therapist

We welcome a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who seeks to deepen their wisdom and walk the path toward LCSW licensure in a nurturing and flexible space. This part-time role offers compensated biweekly mentorship and opportunities for growth while centering meaningful relationships and community care.

Position Highlights

  • Compensation: 60% session split

  • Weekly Commitment: Provide a minimum of 8 client-facing hours per week delivering therapeutic services

  • Work Setting: Choose the format that best fits your needs—either in person at our shared office locations or through telehealth sessions

  • Supervision & Professional Development: Receive compensated biweekly supervision to support your progress toward licensure and continued professional growth

  • Employment Type: W2 Employee

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s in Social Work (MSW) required

  • Licensure: Active LMSW license in New York State

  • Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience post MSW degree

  • Career Goals: Actively pursuing LCSW licensure

  • Somatic Experiencing (SE) training, or willing to be trained in the practice

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) training, or willing to be trained in the practice

  • Other integrative training (Brainspotting/EMDR) or willing to be trained in the practice

Responsibilities

  • Create supportive environments for individuals and families through healing practices grounded in knowledge, lived experience, and culturally responsive approaches

  • Engage in deep listening, collaborate on meaningful healing pathways, and honor each person’s unique growth journey

  • Respect each person’s story by documenting reflections with care, accuracy, and integrity in shared wellness records

  • Uphold trust, respect, and privacy in alignment with community values and ethical responsibilities
