Clinical supervision is more than reviewing cases and checking boxes. It’s a space to think clinically, explore the complexities of the work, strengthen your skills, and develop your own professional voice.

Supervision is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that who you are as a clinician matters. We can explore challenging cases, therapeutic relationships, boundaries, countertransference, ethical questions, professional identity, and the ways your own experiences may show up in the work.

My supervision approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), trauma-informed practice, and other integrative approaches. The goal is to support thoughtful clinical decision-making while helping you become a more confident, grounded, and authentic clinician.
