The first session is an opportunity to discuss your goals, challenges, and hopes for therapy. It is an intake session whereby I learn what brought you to seek therapy at this time, your family history or anything else you feel is important for me to know about you. Together, we will begin creating a personalized plan that feels right for you. -
I work with adults in helping professions, including therapists, social workers, healthcare professionals, educators, nonprofit professionals, and leaders. Common areas of focus include burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, relationships, and life transitions.

Therapy may focus on burnout, anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, perfectionism, self-worth, boundaries, relationships, emotional overwhelm, or patterns that keep showing up even when you understand them intellectually.

Both! In-person therapy is available in East Aurora, New York, and telehealth is available throughout New York State.

Most individuals begin with weekly sessions, although frequency can be adjusted based on your needs, goals, and circumstances.

All sessions are 50 minutes long.

There is no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some individuals come for short-term support around a specific concern, while others choose deeper, longer-term work.

Sessions are $225. Payment is due at the time of each session. HSA and FSA cards may be used for payment, depending on your plan.

I offer a 24 hour cancellation policy. Missed appointments without 24 hours-notice will be charged in full. However, I will always try to reschedule a client in the event that they cannot make their appointment.
