Dedicated Time and Space for Meaningful Therapeutic Work
Sometimes, 50 minutes doesn't feel like enough.
Therapy intensives offer an opportunity to step away from daily responsibilities and dedicate several uninterrupted hours to understanding yourself, exploring longstanding patterns, and connecting with your emotional experiences.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, relationship difficulties, or patterns that continue to show up in your life, an intensive provides focused time for therapeutic exploration.
When You Understand the Pattern, But Still Feel Stuck
You may recognize the ways certain thoughts, emotions, or behaviors affect your life, yet find yourself returning to familiar patterns.
Therapy intensives provide focused time to explore:
Anxiety and overthinking — Understanding what keeps you feeling on edge.
Perfectionism and self-criticism — Developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Burnout and chronic stress — Exploring the pressure to constantly achieve, manage, or care for others.
People-pleasing and boundaries — Understanding what makes prioritizing your needs difficult.
Relationship patterns — Exploring emotional responses that influence your connections with others.
Longstanding emotional patterns — Understanding how past experiences may affect your present life.
A Different Approach to Therapy
A half-day therapy intensive provides three hours of individualized psychotherapy, allowing more uninterrupted time for exploration, reflection, and integration than a traditional session.
My approach incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and trauma-informed psychotherapyto help you understand the different parts of yourself and the patterns that influence how you feel and respond.
No previous experience with IFS is necessary.
