Maybe you're navigating mood instability, burnout, identity shifts, or the emotional complexities of parenthood. Perhaps you’re carrying unprocessed pain or feel disconnected from yourself and the life you’ve built. You're tired of quick fixes and ready to do the real, meaningful work.

I offer a compassionate, integrative approach to therapy rooted in mindfulness, embodiment, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed care. My work is also shaped by holistic training in yoga and somatic healing, as well as my own lived experience—especially in the transformative journey of becoming a mother.

Whether you're moving through relational challenges, emotional patterns that no longer serve you, or simply feeling misaligned in your day-to-day life, I provide a grounded space where you can slow down, explore your inner world, and reconnect with your body, nervous system, and sense of self.

Together, we’ll look at the bigger picture: stress, sleep, boundaries, nutrition, emotional regulation, and the deeper parts of you that drive your responses. I’m here to guide, reflect, and walk beside you with presence and care.
