Child & Adolescent Support

Growing up can be tough. Whether it's a child learning how to be with big feelings or a teen navigating the pressures of identity and independence, every young person deserves a supportive space to express themselves and feel understood. We work with children, teens, and their families to build emotional resilience, strengthen communication, and foster healthy relationships—at home, at school, and within themselves.

Children and adolescents may benefit from support when they are:

  • Experiencing anxiety, fears, or frequent worries

  • Struggling with sadness, low mood, or emotional withdrawal

  • Having difficulty with emotional regulation or frequent outbursts

  • Facing challenges at school—academically, socially, or behaviorally

  • Going through family changes such as divorce, moves, or loss

  • Dealing with low self-esteem or feeling “not good enough”

  • Navigating identity, peer pressure, or social struggles

  • Managing screen time, technology, or online bullying

  • Feeling overwhelmed by expectations or transitions

We tailor our approach based on developmental age and individual needs—using creativity, play, and conversation to help young people feel safe, connected, and empowered.
