Kailey Lopian Artiles (she/her)

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of why you feel the way you do can affect every part of life—from how you show up in relationships to how you feel within yourself.

I work with both adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and identity shifts. I’m especially passionate about supporting new and expectant parents through the emotional, physical, and relational changes that come with the journey into parenthood. As a mother of a young child, I understand firsthand how transformative—and challenging—this season can be.

Therapy is a collaborative process. I strive to create a warm, respectful, and supportive space where you can feel fully seen and work toward goals that matter to you—whether that’s reducing anxiety, building self-trust, strengthening relationships, or feeling more grounded in your daily life.

My approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), and often incorporate mind-body perspectives, recognizing how deeply mental and physical health are connected.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you're seeking insight, healing, and support in facing life’s challenges, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that path.

Whether in-person or online, our therapists are here to help. Book your consultation today.
