Therapy With Me

Is a nonjudgmental space to feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your pace, and working together through mutual respect to build insight and resilience. My goal is to help you feel empowered to make meaningful change through collaboration, trust, and choice.

My Identities & Lived Experience
I am a white, cisgender, fluid woman who grew up in a very small rural town in Pennsylvania. My identities consist of various roles including daughter, partner, sister, therapist, friend, and community member. I acknowledge my privilege and the systemic advantages I hold. I am committed to using that awareness to support inclusion, justice, and meaningful change.

I feel informed and knowledgeable about:

Trauma-informed care, with a deep awareness of how social determinants of health, systemic inequalities, and economic barriers shape individual and collective wellbeing. In my practice, I strive to integrate this awareness with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to create a space that is both compassionate and effective.

Who I Work Best With

- Are 13 y/o and older

- Are ready and motivated to engage in the therapeutic process to make active changes in their lives

I am not a good clinical fit for individuals who:

- Are under the age of 13

- Are seeking treatment for present or past substance abuse

- Are seeking treatment for present or past easting disorders

- Are seeking treatment for Obsessive Compulsive disorder

What Sets Me Apart

I am a trauma-informed therapist so I adhere to the core principles of trauma-informed care to create a supportive and conducive environment for individuals. I use a whole-person-centered approach while navigating systems in order to effectively support individual's unique needs.

Resilience, Joy & Fun Facts

My home and my people are the most important things in my life. I guard and treasure the time I have with them fiercely.

Additionally, I find a deep sense of grounding and tranquility in nature, it's my favorite. Spending time outdoors through daily walks and embracing the rhythm of the changing seasons (despite yearning for endless summer) helps me stay present and connected. Nature continually reminds me of balance, renewal, and the importance of slowing down to find steadiness within myself.
