Child & Adolescent Counseling

Growing up can be tough. Whether it's a child learning how to be with big feelings or a teen navigating the pressures of identity and independence, every young person deserves a supportive space to express themselves and feel understood. We work with children (age 10+), adolescents, and their families to build emotional resilience, strengthen communication, and foster healthy relationships—at home, at school, and within themselves.
Children and adolescents may benefit from support when they are:
-
Experiencing anxiety, fears, or frequent worries
-
Struggling with sadness, low mood, or emotional withdrawal
-
Having difficulty with emotional regulation or frequent outbursts
-
Facing challenges at school—academically, socially, or behaviorally
-
Going through family changes such as divorce, moves, or loss
-
Dealing with low self-esteem or feeling “not good enough”
-
Navigating identity, peer pressure, or social struggles
-
Managing screen time, technology, or online bullying
-
Feeling overwhelmed by expectations or transitions
We tailor our approach based on developmental age and individual needs—using creativity, play, and conversation to help young people feel safe, connected, and empowered.
