Therapy With Me
I offer a compassionate, integrative approach grounded in mindfulness, embodiment, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I prioritize cultivating a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship, that allows the nervous system to settle, making space for deeper clarity, emotional regulation, and internal healing to unfold.
I strive to create a collaborative, non-judgmental, safe space where you can slow down, tune into your inner world, and explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Through a blend of IFS and somatic practices, we’ll work with the parts of you that show up in difficult moments, gently uncovering what they need.
My focus is on mind–body-spiritual connection and supporting long-term, sustainable change—instead of band-aid solutions. My goal is to help you build internal resources, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with your own capacity for healing and resilience.

My Identities & Lived Experience
I am a new mom, and becoming a parent continues to teach me so much, through both the highs and the lows about navigating emotional complexities, uncertainty, resilience, and self-compassion. Although it started off a bit rough and was not quite what I imagined, each unexpected moment brings new lessons and growth, often interwoven with trustful surrender and radical acceptance. These lived experiences naturally inform the compassion and attunement I bring to my work with clients. And whether you are a parent or not, the principles I’ve learned—flexibility, patience, emotional honesty, and finding steadiness in transition—are the same ones I draw upon to support anyone moving through their own season of change.

I feel informed and knowledgeable about
I have experience guiding adults and young adults through Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and parts work, blending mindfulness, somatic practices, and evidence-based approaches to support meaningful growth. I help clients navigate stress, anxiety, complex emotions, trauma, and identity exploration, with a strong understanding of the nervous system. I also support new parents in building resilience, self-awareness, and emotional balance. My background in movement and yoga also informs my somatic, mind–body approach, helping clients reconnect with themselves in a grounded and compassionate way. In my work, I consider the whole person—including lifestyle factors such as diet, exercise, and daily habits—because these elements deeply influence emotional well-being, self-regulation, and overall health.

I work best with individuals who
Are open to exploring their inner world with curiosity, who value the integration of mind and body, and who are ready to engage in meaningful, reflective work. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, but I find that the energy and presence of in-person work often creates a deeper, more powerful shift in the therapeutic process. With that being said, even though in-person is my personal preference, I’m open to whatever format feels most supportive and accommodating for you.

I am not a good clinical fit for individuals who
Are seeking short-term solutions and want to focus only on cognitive processing without reflection or are not open to exploring their internal experiences. I also am unable to work with individuals in crisis who need immediate, intensive support, including those who are actively suicidal or struggling with severe addiction, as they require higher levels of support than I am able to provide. Additionally, I do not typically work with children under 18.

What makes me unique
My combination of training as a social worker and experience as a yoga instructor allows me to blend traditional therapy with somatic and mind–body approaches, offering a holistic perspective that supports both emotional and physical well-being.

Commitment to Learning & Growth
I am currently enrolled in the IFS Level 1 training course and will continue my studies in January 2026. I consider myself a lifelong student and love reading relevant material and listening to podcasts that inform and enrich my work as a social worker.
FUN FACTS/RESILIENCE BUILDING: People are often surprised to learn I’m 4'9". It’s a small, funny detail, but it has shaped my understanding of how we’re seen, how we take up space, and how easily assumptions are made. Over time, it has helped me attune more deeply to clients who feel overlooked, underestimated, or uncertain about owning their voice. It’s a reminder that presence and connection aren’t defined by appearance — they’re felt through safety, energy, and how fully we meet each other in the room.
What resources me to build resilience… I strive to practice what I preach as a therapist. I am invested in supporting others while also committed to my own growth. I’ve taken on many roles and moved through seasons of both struggle and strength, and each hardship and accomplishment has shaped me—building grit, resilience, and deep compassion that inform the therapist, parent, and partner I am today.
